# Arquivos suportados

## Arquivos Suportados pelo WhatsApp e Facebook:

OGG OPUS: No WhatsApp, arquivos de audio enviados neste formato são enviados como gravação de voz ao invés de exibir como áudio encaminhado.

Entretanto, a importação de arquivos .OGG por qualquer sistema fora do WhatsApp para fins de simular gravação de voz, só funciona em dispositivos Android!

Nos demais dispositivos, o arquivo de áudio será visualizado pelo cliente como arquivo de áudio, e não gravação de voz:

É uma limitação do WhatsApp e os dispositivos da Apple, por exemplo!

• O WhatsApp aceita apenas arquivos .OGG com codec Opus. Arquivos no formato .OGG com outros codecs não são enviados.

• O Facebook aceita arquivos .OGG com codec Opus e Vorbis; entretanto, não aceita no codec Speex e Flac.

### Conversão para o formato .OGG

Para conversão de arquivos .MP3 para .OGG, utilize o <https://convertio.co/pt/mp3-ogg/>. Após fazer o upload do arquivo a ser convertido, clique no ícone de engrenagem:

Clique sobre a caixa de seleção "Codec":

Selecione a opção OPUS, clique em OK e depois em Converter.

O arquivo será convertido para a extensão .OGG e com codec Opus.

Caso mesmo assim seu arquivo .OGG não funcione nos disparos de mensagem, tente convertê-los primeiro para .MP3 (mesmo que já seja um arquivo .MP3), depois faça a conversão para o formato .OGG com codec Opus.

## Arquivos Suportados pelo Instagram:

• O Instagram não aceita nenhum tipo de arquivo no formato OGG, MP3, ACC ou WAV.

• O Instagram também não aceita documentos no formato PDF, DOC e etc.

Não insista no uso de arquivos que não são suportados, pois corre-se o risco do cliente não receber a mensagem.&#x20;

Arquivos como, por exemplo, WAV são até enviados, mas, por uma falha do próprio Instagram, não é possível ouvi-los do celular, apenas do computador. Então, evite utilizá-los, visto que a maioria dos usuários usam Instagram pelo celular.

Arquivos MP3, por exemplo, travam completamente o fluxo, não envio-os para o Instagram. E é por isso que no Fluxo de Conversa existe um campo próprio no envio de áudio para inserção de arquivos M4A, que funcionam no Instagram:\
